Use your chocolate buttons to make ganache, bake delicious mud cakes or pipe decorations. This compound chocolate is ready to melt, form and shape into chocolate shards and scrolls without the need for complex tempering. 

Available in a variety of weights (incrementally by 500g) for your baking or chocolate making needs.
